  • 1. How many Sizes of plots are available?
      • 5 different residential plot sizes are available: 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 1.5 Kanal.

      • Customers need to apply for membership. After confirmation of membership within 2 weeks, their plot will be booked. Booking can be made at the sales office or by sending a duly filled booking form & payment (PO/DD) through courier.

      • The total area of the project is 1787.971 Kanals.

      • Plot dimensions are standard as per market norms:

        • Construction can be made on the commercial plots as per the TMA bylaws.

      • Residential plots prices are Rs.7 lac to 7.5 lac per Marla, and commercial plots prices are Rs.20 lac to 22.50 lac Per Marla. All prices are inclusive of development charges.
